Have you tried to uninstall it in safe mode? If that fails, second thing to try is to reinstall McAfee over itself and then uninstall it (again, do this in safe mode if you think you have virus problem). Third option, delete McAfee folders and use a registry cleaner.

You can use cc cleaner after you have uninstalled it.

Hey man ur PC is affected by W32.Jeefo. It corrupts all the uninstallation data.
To make it sure about Go to Start>Run and type %windir%
If a file called svchost.exe is present in this folder than the Jeefo is for sure.
Search on google for removal tool.

Delete the folder...
Then goto regedit and delete all values and variable associated to mcafee.
And your system is not infected by a virus. It often happens with mcafee, if its not up to date....

delete all MCafee folders from program files.
Then head up to regedit and browse to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr ent VErsion\Uninstall
search for mcafee's registry there and delete it.

search for mcafee's entries by pressinf ctrl-F( in regedit) now write mcafee and search. lather, rinse, repeat
