You can follow @Sam's advice. For speakers buy Altec Lansing. It gives you the best
sound quality - bass, treble etc.,

If u r not into OC then go for
ASUS A8N-VM (6100 onboard, decent gfx card) with AMD 3000+ @ 8.5 K
Seagate Barracuda 160 GB 3.2-3.4K
craetive SBS 240 (2.1) speakers 1.3K
Enterage normal cab+SMPS400W 1.5K (this SMPS is enough for non OC and non GFX card sys)
Logitech K/B & mouse combo, 0.8K
Transcend 512X2 ram 400MHz 4k-4.3K

slightly less than 20 K
If u need buy a better mouse & K/b.

If u r not going for the A8N-E then....don't go for the A8N-VM.....coz it has the 6100 IGP .....while the A8N-VM CSM has the 1650 IGP which is better...

These proceys are same except for the clock speeds....
------------------------
3000+...................1.8GHz
3200+...................2.0GHz
3500+...................2.2GHz
------------------------
#################
3800+X2 (DUAL CORE)........2.0GHz
