Default how to add two hard disk


hello frnds..
my computer config is as follow...intel original 915,p4 2.8,80gb sata hard disk,512 ram.

Now i want to add another 160 gb hard disk along wid my old hard disk.
How can i do this,....and also i want to make my old hard disk master.
plz explain in detail.

You havent mentioned if the new hdd is sata or pata...

For pata, just attach the new hdd as primary master IDE, then in BIOS, set up boot device to the sata hdd...

For sata you can use RAID 0.

new hard dis is also sata

i have solved my problem.it was very easy....
