Post Zip repair?

hi,

I am using Win XP SP2, Recently i deleted a 101MB zip file, Thou i recovered it using S/W PC Inspector File recovery, But nw the zip file opens and all the files in it are displayed but the files are neither exctracted nor opened.

An error comes that "unknown compression method" used for WinRAR and windows Extractr.

Can anybody help.

Actually your file has not been recovered properly. If you have not already defragmented your hard drive, I may suggest you use Recover4all pro . It does a nice work and and very reliable. It has saved me from many nasty situations.
