HI ALL ,


I repaired my windows XP , but all of a sudden lnk files not opening in windows xp .............Moreover whenever i type regedit ..Nothing is being displayed .....I soon came to know all the .exe is not running in windows....ITs asking for a Program to run it .any infos >>>>ASAP

What you mean by repairing ur XP? Did it have any problems in the past?
Check where the lnk files are pointing to using 'Find Target' button.
Check if the regedit.exe file is in the Windows dir and try to run it from there.
What kind of prog it is asking for? Could u give the screenshot?
