Need task scheduler to achieve the foll stuff

I have win xp (tiny xP)...which doesnt have a task scheduler.
and i use MTNL Triabnd Night UNlimited scheme (12am-8pm unlimited d/l )

So i need an application to do the following for me :
(Note: since im awake at 12 am...so rebooting at that time is not an issue...)

i) pause all µTorrent downloads at 07:50am.
ii) Close µTorrent
iii) Reboot the router (already have an application n script which does this[TST10.exe], just need to automate it with a command line parameter)
iv) Close any open application (i keep ragnarok client open)
v) Shut down the pc.

i know thats to much to ask...but i think it should be possible.
Tried a couple of applications but they were just pathetic.

So guys...please let me know how do i go about to achieve this.

for shutting off the PC u can use AMpwinOff

thanks for replying...but how do i pause the utorrent download?? wont just shuttign down the pc while the torrent is downloading result in d/l getting corrupted???

There is scheduler inbuilt in utorrent itself. Did you try that?
