Default Bachelor Of Computer Applications

Hi guys, i have just completed my 12th and taken admission in BCA in BIT, Ranchi university in their Noida extension centre. Please tell me what is the scope after doing bca. i mean what is the salary expected? what to do after that, if MCA or not?
Any BCA or MCA degree holder, please post your experience about presently what are you doing, in which company, what's the payscale (approx.),etc.???
