Default 590nu

Hi ...
I've recently changed over to mtnl night unlimited plan..now their website says" DSL 590 NU Plan Users Please Switch ON CPE during Night after 00.00 hrs and ensure disconnection
before 08.00 hrs for availing Unlimited Night Free Internet Usage"

By CPE,wat do they mean?the router?how do i switch it off?do i take out the power cable?if CPE doesnt refer to the router then cud u pls tell wat it means...
And is it necessary to switch it on and then switch it off again in the morning?
i did a search in this forum bout this...and i found a related thread...but there too nobody was quite sure wat to do...so i posted again..

CPE means "Customer Premises Equipment" aka the router.
You switch it off by turning off it's power supply.
Turn it on after 12 midnight and switch it off before 07:53 AM. Switching it off later than this will cause some MB's to be deducted from your account because MTNL stops the free download around this time. I found it out after a lot of trial and error.
