help with .tk domain

i hav a .tk domain. Please tell me how to upload a index.html file on the site.
When i open it a blank page comes please help i want my own website

The .TK service is a redirection service, so you have to enter the address to your web page. After you build your web page, you direct the .TK domain to that web site. You need a seperate host.

but i hav seen many websites having .tk domains and some of them hav forums

^^ .tk does not provide hostin, they only provide re-direction. As in suppose youhave a free account at 5gigs, eg amrit1.5gigs.com, but u dont like the url, you can take a domain from .tk, amrit1.tk which looks better. The .tk domain will just re-direct to amrit1.5gigs.com so ppl who have forums on .tk have taken hosting from somewhere else..
