Default ISP in Bangaloe

I want to know which is the best Internet Service Provider in Bangalore.

Actually I want to access Internt thru my laptop, connecting it with my cell (Nokia 6600). I had a talk with Hutch Customer Care and they said the browsing speed will be 12kbps (thats too low) and they dont have any unlimited acess plan also.

Guys please recommend some good solution (I dont want to buy new hardare)
