Invalid login ID!! Triband

When i enter my login ID and password in the Triband usage site register.mtnl.net.in it says invalid login id.. The site was fine till yesterday..anybody else facing this prob.

Is there any other way to check my Triband usage?? Damn will have to contact MTNL customer care


edit:called 1504.It seems they r facing some problems.Will work in a few hours i guess

hmm i tried logging in just now and get the same error
seems to be a problem from their side hope they rectify it soon
and ive not checked up my usage over a week now
yesterday it took me 15min to login and when i did all i got was garbled stuff
seems they are surely upto something
and well about keeping a check on the usage i suggest you install a bandwidth monitor it'll come handy during such times

yeah i have DUmeter installed but forget to shut it down at night and its showing about 2GB of usage which is mostly of night downloads.

heheh i dont surf much in the daytime 15mins to be more precise
so usually it doesnt realy worry me that i may go over the alloted quota
this discussion should come in handy if someone does come up with the rite software

So there must be authentication problem. Ask their customer support guys to solve
the problem. Sometimes they may be upgrading the Server, so you get these
error messages - 'Server not responding'.
