How to prevent ads from stealing focus !!!!

How to block that @#$%@&*^ ad from stealing focus in the rediff.com homepage ??

I have tried popup blockers, zone alarm firewall etc but still that ad crops up when the page is loading and steals focus when i type my user name and password.

Try using Google Toolbar,it blocks PopUp ads very well.

Thanks for that link . I have added that link to my favorites. I have downloaded the software mentioned by it_waaznt_me also. I will give it a try.

Swatcat, the ad was by-passing google-popup blocker.

I use Google Toolbar to block pop-up ads & it does it very well.........

I use firefox no popup all are blocked very nice man!!! try it!!!

i wud suggest u to use the adblock extension for firefox...it has got some options to filter contents of a site.
