Linux doesn't have .exe files though files may be given executable rights ... anyway look in /usr/local, /usr/local/share & /usr/share you may find it. To run it type ./filename

BTW, you installed it using RPM? If so most graphical rpm managers show the list of the files installed by the RPM & where they are installed

ujjwal told you everything... however you can give this command to find the location of xine.
$ which xine

to run xine, just open the run dialog or a terminal and type xine

create a shortcut by right-clicking on your desktop.... in the target link give the path that you get after you execute $ which xine ...

you can also add a custom pixmap to it !
