Need direct comparision of Sony Ericsson phones sub 20k

I'm looking out for a sub 20000/- phone, preferably in the sub 17k range. Has to have the most optimal camera and walkman features...

Questions:
1)I wanted to know which of the Sony phones have the best camera? Can any of them record video @ PAL i.e. 352 x 288 pixels like in Nokia N70(which I have already)?

2)I saw a SE phone @17-18K with 512mb stick inc. Which model could that be? Is it the W800i Walkman or the W810i Walkman?

3)How much'll the W810i cost me?

4)Is the camera (of K750i, 800i,810i) better than that of the N70's?

5)Has the K750i the best camera?

My priorities are Camera, Video recording, Music, Headphones, Memory, Features&Freeware online, Signal reception in the descending order Camera>Music...

Personally feeling I wanna buy the W810i if it has the same or better camera than the k750i and if it is about 17k...

Finally... should I go for the K750i(with a 1GB memory added) OR a W800i; for the best of both worlds?
Putting it in another way

Is the K750i's audio quality on par with W800i
OR
the camera quality of the W800i on par with the K750i's?

Do they have the video quality which the N70 has?
I think the 810i might be >20k

Another request:
I've an 8 month old Nokia 3250 with 256MB memory which I wanna dispose? How much'll it fetch me (inc. the memory)?
