Is there any sw to remove...

I use IE6 and Opera7 while browsing the net, is there any sw or tools or plugins that can remove files and links of particular websites only from
History and cache files both for IE6 and Opera.

Does anybody know why IE caches the same image file more than once. See TempInternetFiles using IrfanView and you will see repeated image files (say star of Hotmail)
