Question Outlook problem


I have 2 gmail accounts set up at my outlook 2003.but when i click the send recieve button it loads emails from both account at the same time.Is there any way it will first ask for login and password of any one account and then load its emails

u have to create two separate accounts. the inboxes have to be in a different folder. and if u click click check/send, it will recieve both. u have to choose the mail account of which u want to recieve a mail of. i think that it is a drop down menu or something.

hmmm .......U can ask one of Gmail acc to ask u password each time by unchecking Rem my pass checkbox at tools> email accounts>properties

or alt u can use drop down menu of outlook send/recieve and here r option to send/recieve all or specific acc

Remove the Remember password option and you would be all set.
