It is an IM plus VoIP client rolled into one. it's only problem is that it doesnt seem to work as well on dialup.

Cos sound and video need high bandwidth. That is why online multimedia content hasn't gained such high popularity in India.

skype in and and skype out are paid i think one can do audio or video chat in yahoo messenger also so why so fuss bout skype and calling to landline or mobile costs Bucks my friend
