Default 28exmodul32.....hOW TO REMOVE?

Guys,Please suggest me a Good free software:-
1)Antivirus
2)Anti - spyware

I am having a Up to date AVG free edition ....problem is that there is a process "28exmodul32.exe" that i cant close...
From the mcaffe forums i found that it was some kind of mass mailing spyware and can be removed by updated Mcaffee software whcih i dont have...
Please suggest me a way to get rid of the process as AVG,"advanced spyware remover " are unable to remove it...
When i scaned with AVG...there where bout 29 viruses found (he he) and most of them WERE (**exmodul.exe) but still when i restart the stupid file comes
back despite the healing by the antivirus ....

Try with some anti-spywares mentioned above. If not format the drive in which
you have installed Windows and reinstall Windows again. Also use a good firewall
& antivirus. And don't visit untrusted web pages!!
