i would say it is satisfactory...branded PCs will cost that much...and regarding the FSB, it is quad pumped so it is actually 200x4 which is 800 so dont worry....
only thing not too good is the graphics card...they should hav given at least an x600
but the assembled PC lovers will say this is expensive and that they would've gotten a better deal with an assembler...but this is ok 4 a branded PC....

Default Heres what i assembled

AMD Athlon 64 3000+ with 1600 MHz FSB (Internal Clock 200 Mhz)
MSI K8N Neo Platinum Motherboard based on nForce3 250 GB chipset with AGP 8X, Onboard 7.1 Channel Sound, Firewire, Gigabit LAN, SATA and PATA RAID.
1 GB Hynix DDR 400 Ram
200 GB Seagate Barracuda SATA HDD
16X Sony DVD Writer (With Dual Layer DVD Support)
ATX Cabinet with 400W SMPS and 3 Extra Fans
Altec Lansing 251 5.1 Speaker System.
iBall Black Cat Mouse with 5 Buttons and Scroll Ball and iKey Power Designer Keyboard with 137 Keys.
17" Samsung SyncMaster 793 Mb FFST Monitor

All this Cost me 55,000/- I have also ordered for a XFX GeForce 6800 GT 256 MB Graphics Card which comes for 25,000/- which takes the total to 80,000. Now compare it with what you have got for 65k. Bye the way the Radeon X300 SE graphics card costs around 6000/- . Thats the advantage of going for a assembled system. if you what a powerful system, assemble it. Even if you go the P4 Way the cost will remain the same. a P4 3.2 Ghz + 915 MB costs the same.
