I have a question

i am using
PIV 2.02 GHz 512 ddr ram two 40 gb hdd
and a nvidia tnt2 16 mb video card

in this card i cannot play any good games like underground

but when i got the card out from pc installed the latest driver for inbuilt motherboard many games started now i can very easily play underground tom raider etc why so nvidia card had 16 mb but inbilt card just shares 4 mb onboard

the card does'nt have enuf memory to play the game.I guess u have onboard intel extreme graphics which can play most games with decent framerates with moderate or low graphics settings.plese give more details on yor mobo.

even i can play nfsmw on my onboard prosavage ddr chipset with lowest settings at dissapointing frame rates.

Its because either you have a Intel Grafics Memory accelarator onboard if you hve a 9XX series mobo or Intel Extreme graphics or EG2 if you have an Intel 8XX series mobo both are more powerful then TNT gfx card and moreover many of these games do not support TNT cards at all so u r better off with onboard gfx here

The graphics card is just not enough...u should be atleast having a 6200 or higher..for playing all games.

i have 845 chipset and nfs u2 runs at 1024*768

Yeah onboard Intel extreme Grafix is more powerful than TNT based card

Thats so true.... I used to face the same problem before..
