After using ATF Cleaner

After using a software called ATF Cleaner, my system startup has become really slow. PLease help me!!!!!

guess that thing cleaned ur prefetch folder.
Dont use it again and uninstall it if necessary and start rebooting ur system 1 or 2 times. u wd get some speed

I aleardy restarted a 100 times during the last week after using AFT Cleaner, but still the startup is slow!!!
