Download Problems

I tried downloading the ATi Radeon drivers from www.ati.com but it says the exe was blocked by my firewall but i don't have a firewall other thatn my SP2 firewall help me please

disable the firewall...and then try downloading

what do u mean to say ...?
i did not get ur question what do mean ... what error does is give ...??? what browser u r using ? is it IE ?

if it is IE u get an error pop -up on the top of ur browser space ....right click on that ...and say download ...thats it !

I disabled the firewall even my antivirus but it did not work so i formatted my system.

But to my suprise it still not downloading

Can some one help me . Even Windows Update is not working, can't download , my driver for my graphics card

There is no SP2 pop up saying the download has been blocked. All my security settings are at minimum
