well bro....you havnt mentioned where you d/l this file....but after looking at the pic..it seems that its a spoofed version..and not the real setup..also if you search for it then you will find that infact it is adware ie freeware with ads....i have used it and havnt found any probs yet...you can d/l the Original setup + addons from here....http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/download.php

Yes it is an adware indeed. While installing, there is an option to enable some search bar or not to install it. Choose the latter and it will be adware free. They have kindly made it voluntary for us to support them via the bar or elsewise.

daemon contain whenu.savenow which is spyware. It isn't much of a prob. install daemon.
Goto run>msconfig
in startup , remove whenu.savenow.
Then do a spyscan and remove whenu.
Just ignore the messages the scaner says abt the installer and done...

Use lavasoft or webroot for best results
