it won't give u option to choose days, also it won't let u know the total size

u can use DUmeter to monitor ur internet usage. google for it.

DUMeter is paid for freeware you can try NetMeter. It is similar to DUMeter and will suffice for your purpose. If you'd rather like to buy DUMeter you can go ahead and do so. I guess DUMeter has more features though I am not so sure.
