Shortcut to 'Switch User'?

Is there any way to place a shortcut to 'Switch User' on the desktop in Windows XP? I know there must be a way but can anyone tell me what it is?

i know for logging off:
shutdown.exe -i -l -t 0

the shortcut key is "windows key+ l"

maybe that should help.. regarding the shortcut on the desktop dont know about it...
