yes u can recieve mail from outlook express. it is very easy

open outlook express
select tools-----accounts-----mail---add--mail
first window--type ur name
2nd---sancharnet id
3rd-- incoming server----smma.sancharnet.in
outgoing server---smra.sancharnet.in
4th--username and password
5th ---finis
come back to tools--accounts--mail
select smma.sancharnet.in
to the right select properties
in the connection tab, check -- my server requires authentication (at the bottom)

if smma.sancharnet.in doesnt work try wmma.sancharnet.in
good luck
