New PC..please recommend

hi friends...
I am abhijith from Mysore... doing B.C.A(final year).
i started subcribing Digit Mag recently and its really cool..
i can keep myself updated with the latest going stuff in the world,,
even it should provide more information on programming.,.

I want to buy a computer.. so i decided to ask for the best configuartion
here,
so i request u guys to provide me the best config that i can
opt for.
MY budget is 30k-35k..
i am not a gammer but i need a min conifg so atleast the new
games do work on my PC.
I dont have much idea about the sys config ,,,so please check down my
requirements and recommend or suggest any changes that has to be made
in my config and suggest ur conifg,,,


i want to have
-250+ gb hard disk,
-1 gb + RAM
-DVD WRITER with triple..
-17 inch moniter
-intel processor(should i go for HT or dual core)
-And with Suitable M/B for intel (please tell me which m/b i shld take)
-A normal TV tuner card
-optical mouse and k/b.
- do i need a graphix card.
-modem(which supports Lan )


please reply or mail me with the detailed Hardware config with which brand i need to go for..

this is my first post over here and i hope u guys help me in purchasing
my dream PC....
please dont disappoint me.

i want to go for best PC so that doesnot become outdated for few years and even it does i can upgrade it..
