Exclamation converting .VOB files to .avi

Niggers Here !

plz tell me which software to use for converting .vob files to .avi files and plz tell me the funda of these frame rates, using the appropiate codec. I need the quality of the movie to remain same but get a little size......

you may use tmpenc. But if you want to really reduce the size use Divx encoder.

I guess the best software in terms of final output quality is Intervideo DVD Copy.
