I Want to upgrade 600 pentium computer please help me

I want to upgrade Motherboard,Processor and Ram

I have this

600 pentium processor
256 Mb ram
motherboard dont know which one but it does not have agp slot

Please tell what i will get for the above parts

I need to play need for speed underground and need for speed underground 2 and more racing games.
I like only racing games
So i need to upgrade computer.

please tell what will be the minimum price to get computer to play
need for speed underground 2 with medium/high settings

Please tell all details whether i should get graphics card or not or get motherboard that has

good onboard graphics.
I heard that onboard intel graphics 2 is very good for playing games without graphics card.

If you want to play the game with med/high settings than you need a med-good grpahics card + your old cabinet may be too old to support new mobos + your hd may be too small to keep so much stuff.,keep that in mind.And your monitor won't be too good one either.

If you want to play latest racing games at high settings(1024*768*32,high) at this point of time,then:
CPU:Amd 2800 64-7000-7500
RAM:512-1024 ddr 333/400(prefered)-3-4*2
MB:Asus K8V-5.5-6
GPU:128mb radeon 9800pro or geforce 6600 gt

Whats ur budget ? is the 15k for mobo processor and RAM ??? then a 64 bit system is gonna tuff in that price. Post ur budget and then we can tell you more.

the Raedon 9800 Pro will be around 12-14k. Dont knw the prices of the GT in india it should be around 16-18k....
