Default IE Problem


Hi,
For the Last two days I am getting new option before the address bar in IE 6.0 that is My Web Search. Tried to unistall it fm add remove, but didn't get any application related to that & also fm the program Menu list.
Plz help me to remove fm the browser page...

i think u r infected by spyware. use antispyware like adaware or spybot to remove them. i think this has something related to yahoo.

Yes I checked with Spybot & spyware doctor test, but unable to remove it...

Mywebsearch is spyware that tracks your surfing habits and sends you popups and junk email.

go into safe mode and try to uninstall it fro add-remove progs.
else schedule a BOOT-TIME scan of spybot. there is such an option in spybots setting. additionally also scan with adaware in SAFE MODE. after thie run 'ccleaner'.

else follow the pchells link for manual instrusctions.
