Replace my mother board with another , need help urgent

i need to replace my intel genuine D845 gvsr mother board with a mother board of a hcl infinite pc mother board which is

P4BP-MX 2.0 series
intel 845 GV chipset Series Support Rev.81.02

please point out if iam gonna end up with any problem replacing these mother boards

as u said u using 845 chipset...that means u hav 478pin proc...so u can go for 865 chipset..with this i dun think u r gonna face any problem...but as 478pin proc has been discontinued so it will b hard to find 865 chipset..but if u can then go ahead..dats de best u can get for ur proc.

I`f you want to upgrade your mother board than upgrade you whole chamber including CPU,Memory etc otherwise it will be a waste of money .

nopes , iam not purchaseingit , iam exchangin my genuine for a chipset which has got more features that will be handy to start pc at scheduled time from power off state

i got 512 ram and 2.8 pentium processor, should i change it ? wont that work fine with the mother board i ve mentioned above ?
