slow transfer rate

hey all u guys ! i have dis prob wid my reliance internet connection. i use the fixed terminal fone for internet access. although it shows a connection speed of about 110 kbps, but i get data tansfer speeds of upto 10 or 15 kbps ONLY ! is there nething which i can do to increase dis speed ?

u mean 10-15kBps download rate ? as compared to the 115kbps mentioned?
its the same thing
115kbps/8=14.375kBps ...
so if ur gettin a download rate of that much then its perfectly fine
its 115 kilo BITS per sec which equals to 14.375 kilo BYTE per second
