Dvd Combo Problem

Help Me Pleazzzzz

I have P4,256 DDR,Xp Pro on D:,Win98 on C:,Samsung Cd Rw\Dvd SM352B

1) I cannot explore the contents of my dvd/cd ,When I use This Drive
On Win Xp
Even Digit DVD Is not Working.It fails to Autorun

But Movie Dvd works(power DVD)

I have to use third Party Software like Explorer Xp to do this

Please Help
The Problem is on Xp and not on Win 98



2) On win 98 notepad isn't working
