Need help.....want to buy a laptop

I want know the reviews of DELL 640M. Basically, i am looking for a laptop with win xp professional with good processor and 1 gb ram, integrated bluetooth, wireless and other regular features.

HP in india doesn't allow to configure (upgrade from win xp home to xp pro.) and don't know about toshiba whether there are any models with win xp professional. I am looking for a price range of around Rs. 65,000

So, please friends give me your inputs......i would be really thankful.
