Default Sharing Sial-up connection

I have two systems connected with cross cable (assigned static IP address) 192.168.1.1 ,.2

Any system can connect to Internet using Dial up connection. I want to setup a INternet Sharing between them. How do I do that? Please provide some step by step guide.

Thanks a lot.

I have tried sharing my INternet Connection (But it says that IP addresses should be dynamically assigned. But I dont have any DHCP server). I am using WinXP SP2 on both machines.

Simple, Run a proxy on the system connected to net and use proxy to access net from the other pc.
1. Install a proxy server in system A
2. In the "Internet Options" (from control panel) on system B Select
Connections> LAN Settings. (I assume ur using IE)
3. Select Use a proxy server for your LAN. Enter the IP address of system A and the port for the proxy u've setup in system A

Try AnalogX Proxy

It supports HTTP (web), HTTPS (secure web), POP3 (recieve mail), SMTP (send mail), NNTP (newsgroups), FTP (file transfer), and Socks4/4a and partial Socks5 (no UDP) protocols
