Need urgent help

my os is not showing my second harddisk and before starting it say S.M.A.R.T. error press F1 to continue and within operating system it not show the second harddisk. harddist contained physical bad sector.
can anyone tell what the solution........
master harddisk working properly. but the second one window didnot show..

Physical bad sectors on the hd?this does'nt sounds good.Try low level formatting using segate disk manager on the damaged harddisk.

S.M.A.R.T. error and harddisk contained physical bad sector. (this show harddisk is not much reliable, if you can get access,first thing is to back up data)

if your hardisk is detected in bios, then do full surface scan with bootable cd/floopy.
