co.nr a free domain! Thats the main negative point if you are serious about your site.

Anyway, here's my frank opinion. Please take it positively.

Your site design isn't good!

First thing, you have used frames! Search Engines don't like frames too much and they give you visitors (and money too, e.g. adsense). So Avoid using frames and try to do the same layout with tables. As a matter of fact, you should also not use table for layout and use <div> and CSS.

Second, your color combination is pretty loud and unconventional. There are plenty of free templates available on net. Take "inspiration" from some of them or simply use them.

Third, you seem to have used Java even for menus!! Another thing that search engines don't like.

Fourth, the clock on the left is pretty useless. Everyone has one on the lower, right corner of their screens. They don't need it there. Use that place for navigation.

Fifth, you don't use uniform look on your site! All pages look different and have different colour combination and fonts. Navigating your site isn't a pleasant experience.

I can go on and on, but what's the point? I suggest that you find some tips on designing with the help of google and try to follow them. Upgrade your skill set and learn CSS in addition to Java and HTML. IMO, Java should be used only if its absolutely necessary/inevitable. After you grasp basics of HTML, CSS try to learn PHP. If you know Java, you will learn PHP pretty quickly because basic syntax is same with curly braces { } and semicolons ;

If you are even a little serious about website making, you must learn CSS. Head straight to http://www.w3schools.com to learn CSS. Use google to find many more CSS resources. To see a demo of what CSS can do, go to http://www.csszengarden.com. But if you don't know what is CSS, you won't understand what this site does with CSS.
