how to auto reconnect in 98??????

iwant to know how to auto reconnect in 98??
is there any in built option that we have to activate or
there is such a uttility , if it is tell me how i get it?

Start Your IE
Internet Explorer --> Tools --> Internet Options... --> Connections Tab


Auto Redail (Win98):
My Computer --> Dial-Up Networking --> Connections "Menu" --> Settings
