TV Tuner Remote not working

Hi

I have a Mercury EZView TV Tuner card. Recently my remote stopped working....

I had removed the card and reinserted it again, Also re-installed the drivers, but no use....

Any help would be appreciated....

generally problem of remote
check by changing remote battery, or some obstacle between remote and its receiver.
many new cell phone also works as remote. downloading approprate software and this phones works as remote for TV/video.
