i appreciate ur input harish..but what i had asked for is free DOMAIN REGISTRARS. there r a lot of free webspace providers.but i'd like to have my own domain name. if there is any way of getting that without registering, plz post that too.

dude.. i dont think any1 provides free top level domains.. namezero used to do, but no more..

I'd always advice u to go for paid domains with full control panel, even if u go for free hosting..
