can i know when anyone from my contact list last signed in?

MAybe meseenger plus has that option not sure as I haven't used it lately. But, aMSN can do that.

Plz use messenger plus and if it works plz tell me how........cuz i didn't know how to .. aMsn is for linux, rgt? can i use it in win?

I use linux so I cannot use messenger plus, you will have to try it yourself. It's not something difficult.
aMSN is also available for windows. Check out their site.
