can real runs everything

hi guys & gals
i wanna know that what can i do to make real player a universal player,
my wmp10 has some error which can't be rectified and now i can't play wmv files.
Will K-lite codec be able to solve this prob.
Please don't suggest other media players unless there is a solution for this prob.
Urgent help required.

Try playing the different files u have...if it doesnt have the codec..real will download it by itself...

I dont like the interface but i have to admit Real plays almost all files..

Yes it automatically checks for updates when a new file is played whose codec is not located .
