Default Access ftp

Are there any alternates to www.net2ftp.com

Actually I am behind firewall, so cant access ftp sites. Through net2ftp I can access but it has small timeout restriction.

Are there any other free alternates.

Actually download managers such as DAP and getright come with FTP Browsers, so that you can browse ftp server directories and download files. (But I need both download and upload feature)

So in case when ports are blocked, then you can access them thru other servers who can access that ftp site thru the account info you provide.
