Default XFX 6600GT 128MB or XFX 6600 DDR2 with 256MB??

I am going to buy the next card for my pc.
Stuck at the point where money and performance is really bugging me alot.
its between XFX 6600GT with 256MB and 6600 with DDR2 256MB agp.
Could someone please guide me on this??
I was wondering about the scores and overall overclocking potential of the card too.

I would be really glad if someone could post me his/her reviews regarding both the cards.

After all your precious suggestions would be very helpful to me.

Thank you.

The MB doesnt matter much, 128's quite enough for max gaming and devel. Get the GT

GO for XFX 6600GT 256MB DDR3 which would cost you about 10,200. And all your gaming problems will be solved. This is the best you can get in this price.
