Please give Advise On Graphic card

Hi guys i have a compaq persario 6125 dsktop pc the configuration is P-4
1.7 Ghz,375 mb ram @266 Mhz,Windows Xp Pro.this is a three years old pc and now most of games not run on the onboard graphic so i want to install a new Graphic Card and my knowledge about graphic card is ZERO and i have searched the forum but not get proper information so plz suggest me a good graphic card my budget is Rs 5000 to 6000.
Secondly i dont know my pc has a Agp slot or not so i am attaching my motherboard Picture.
my personal choice Nvedia 6200 with 256 mb memory

well the brown solt on ur motherboard is the AGP slot.
u should go for atleast 256MB Graphics card.
Pl do check for the AGP slot bandwidth at the website of motherboard manufacture.
Also check it supports pixel shaders and something like that.
Even i don't know much about them but i can give the idea about the things to kept in mind.
Pl wait until some other member sove ur problem more efficiently.
By the way which game r u going to play with ur new graphics card

Up your budget just a little bit and get the 6600GT AGP. Should be around Rs. 7500.

Get a GeForce 6600 for Rs.6000 instead!
