for ease of use, try frontpage,
for free, just google to find the rite one
dont forget to combine it with flash

You can try out MS Frontpage, Macromedia Dreamweaver, etc. and see which suits you the most....

Go for Dreamweaver 8. You won't be disappointed.
By the way, Yashved, Adobe has acquired Macromedia.
So it's Adobe Dreamweaver 8!!

Dreamweaver is the best, imho!
By the way, just heard that even Google is about to launch a website editing tool, though I'm not sure of it.

nothing in the world like fresh smell of handcoded css // on dreamweaver/something else/writepad2/i like it on both ... and then mix it with photoshopped/illu gfx, fit it... gives you a delicious page
