Default MuaCOM...?

Problem: Whenever I log-off, restart or shutdown my Desktop PC, I get following ERROR Message...

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MuaCOM: Explorer.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x211a460" referenced memory at "0x211a460". The memory could not be read.

Click OK to terminate the program.
Click CANCEL to debug the program.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When I click on OK... a window appear in background for few milliseconds with this heading...

DWWin.EXE - Application Error

And then system proceed to shutdown/restart/log-off...

This is irritating on every log-off/restart/shutdown... anyone encountered same case?

Is my Memory corrupted... ?
Do I need to wash my memory sticks with detergent...
Help!...

Here's some info for all u FBI guys related to my problem I collected...
