dth and tv card queries

I live in Delhi
I am thinking of getting a DTH conection(Dish TV).
can I connect it to a tv tuner card since I do not have a tv.
also how am i going to listen the the radio channels
that I receive on the dth antenna on my PC.

the connecton that I am taking is of zee,they do not give discovery, Aninal Plant,AXN channels in their package
is there other DTH provider on which I can have these channels.

Yes u can connect a tuner card to dth receiver and use ur pc for tv viewing
