Default Frequent BSOD......

Well i purchased AMD64 939 pin 3000+ with MSI K8NGM2-IL mobo.
i also bought kingston DDR400 512 RAM along with 160GB seagate SATA HDD.

Now the problem tht i am facing is tht BSOD appears when i am dwnlding data at a brisk rate not wen just surfing.
I think this has sumthin to do with azureus coz wen i am dwnlding torrents the BSOD appears after sum time flagging the error msg"BAD_POOL_HEADER".but i am not too sure tht this has sumthing to do wid azureus.
And BSOD also appears wen i try to disable my lan after dwnlding the data giving the error msg "DRVR_IRQ_EQUAL_OR_LESS_NOT_FOUND".
the above error occurs time and again wen i click on disable(after dwnlding huge data maybe arnd 100MB and above and also wen azureus is not running) and without disabling the lan BSOD appears.this has happened quite a number of times.

thinking it was RAM problem i got it changed but the problem still prevails.
hope sumone has a solution to it.vv
