Folder Options missing in Tools menu and in Control Panel!!!

I don wat happened. Folder options is missing from tools menu in explorer. Also i can run control folder from run box. It says permission is not there. I am using windows Xp administrator account.

Open regedit and goto:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\Explorer

And in right-side pane, check whether a DWORD value named "NoFolderOptions" exists or not? If exist then change its value to 0 or simply delete it...
